INFORMATION ABOUT THE PROCESSING OF DATA AND THE REGULATIONS ACCORDING TO WHICH THE PROCESSING SHALL BE PERFORMED


Information about the processing of data and the regulations according to which the processing shall be performed in accordance with Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (UE) of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free transfer of the data and the repeal of Directive 95/46/ EC (“RODO” or “General Data Protection Regulation’’) in VECTOR Capital Group within the meaning of art. 4 point 14 of the Act of 16 February, 2007 on The Competition and Consumer Protection Act (hereinafter: the VECTOR Group).

The scope of data processed

The scope of data processed includes personal data, i.e. data contained in the registration form which are collected as a part of the event organized by the VECTOR Group or as a part of access to training and marketing materials (hereinafter: the Event).

The data controller

The data controller will be the VECTOR Group within the meaning of art. 4 point 14 of the Act of 16 February, 2007 on The Competition and Consumer Protection Act which includes the following entities:

1) VECTOR (limited liability company) with its registered office at 6 Krzemowa Street, Gdynia, Poland, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs kept by the District Court Gdańsk-Północ in Gdańsk, VIII Commercial Division of the National Court Register under no. 0000077848, Tax Identification No. 5840152246, share capital of the company: 66.877.000PLN;

2) VECTOR SOLUTIONS (limited liability company) with its registered office at 6 Krzemowa Street, Gdynia, Poland, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs kept by the District Court Gdańsk-Północ in Gdańsk, VIII Commercial Division of the National Court Register under no. 0000589935, Tax Identification No. 9581671366, share capital of the company: 2.480.000 PLN;

3) VECTOR SMART DATA (limited liability company) with its registered office at 6 Krzemowa Street, Gdynia, Poland, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs kept by the District Court Gdańsk-Północ in Gdańsk, VIII Commercial Division of the National Court Register under no. 0000589997, Tax Identification No. 9581671343, share capital of the company: 2.480.000 PLN;

4) VECTOR TECHNOLOGIES SA (joint stock company) with its registered office at 6 Krzemowa Street, Gdynia, Poland, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs kept by the District Court Gdańsk-Północ in Gdańsk, VIII Commercial Division of the National Court Register under no. 0000591577, Tax Identification No. 9581671449, share capital of the company: 5.050.000 PLN fully paid-up;


The purpose of data processing

Personal data are processed in order to carry out the Event and for the marketing purposes conducted by the VECTOR Group (including leading advertising campaigns and other marketing activities, sales of products and services).


Information on the recipients of personal data

The recipients of personal data will be the entities forming part of the VECTOR Group.
In addition, in accordance with the applicable laws, personal data may be transferred to entities processing them at the request of the VECTOR Group, e.g. service subcontractors and entities authorized to obtain data under the applicable law, e.g. courts or law enforcement authorities – in case of the demand based on the appropriate legal basis.


Information regarding the rights related to data processing

With regard to the processing of data, the data subject is entitled to the following rights:
1) the right to have an access to personal data;
2) the right to rectify, delete, and transfer the limitations of the processing of personal data;
3) the right to withdraw the consent to process personal data at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing which was made on the basis of consent prior to its withdrawal;
4) the right to object to the processing of personal data;
5) the right to lodge a complaint to the Supervisory Authority;


Legal grounds for data processing

The legal ground for data processing is necessary to provide the services.


The period for which personal data will be stored

Personal data will be stored for a period of 6 years from participation in the Event.


Other information

Providing personal data is an absolute requirement necessary to participate in the Event.
You are obliged to provide us with your personal data and the consequence of not providing them will be the inability to participate in the Event or the lack of access to training and marketing materials of the VECTOR Group.
